Full week: Arrival on Saturday at 5 PM / Departure on Saturday at 10 AM

Week-end: available in low-season only, from Friday 5PM to Sunday 5 PM

Bookings will be effective upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the actual date of arrival.

A deposit, corresponding to the whole rent (not charged) will be requested after an inventory is agreed upon on arrival, and will be handed back to the tenant after an inventory after leaving the premises and after that the electricity consumption is paid.

The electricity consumption will be charged as follows:

- 5.75 €uro per week to be entitled to the service
- 0.15 €uro per kilowatt (effective consumption)

An additional 80-€uro deposit (not charged), will be requested to ensure the cleansing of the premises by a cleaning company, in case the sanitary state of the premises on the day of departure does not correspond to the one on the day of arrival.
